RADAR (RAdio Detection And Ranging) was first demonstrated by a group of British scientists in 1935. RADAR is based on concepts developed by Nikola Tesla in an attempt to make a death ray. Well, enough history; let's see what it can do.
For the mere price of 3 TP, you get a fully automatic plane and V1-A Rocket detection system.
It allows you spot planes earlier, so you could actually have enough time after the plane is spotted to call in Air Superiority. Construction requires an Engineer.
Be warned; it can be destroyed by explosives.
